Ged Rockliff
Director

Ged brings 30 years’ experience in the real estate and finance industry to Breckenridge, with a strong background in development and construction, property finance, and real estate sales and marketing. He has undertaken over $300 million of residential development in a principal capacity. An in depth understanding of the life cycle of real estate development and investment has allowed Ged to develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies and value enhancement skills.

Previously working at Macquarie Bank’s Property Investment Banking Team, and Savills Australia as the National Head of Residential, Ged has been involved in over 100 separate real estate transactions incorporating acquisition, development, funding and sales and marketing.

Ged has long been involved with community based sports and charities and was most recently President of Pymble Golf Club.

Rob Lloyd OAM
Director

With a background as a trained accountant, property valuer and real estate agent, Rob brings over 35 years of expertise in the property development and financing industry, including roles with Price Waterhouse and Macquarie Bank.

Rob founded Breckenridge Property Group in 2000 and has directed it to become a respected and successful diversified property funds management, development and advisory company serving high net worth investors and major corporations such as Challenger, Mirvac, Centuria and Corval.

Breckenridge has conducted over $500 million of transactions across a broad spectrum of property assets including office, retail, industrial, residential and health sectors.

Rob is active in the charity sector and is a director of the Rainbow Club and the LBW Trust. Rob is a Member of the Order of Australia awarded for his service to children with a disability.

Leon Pasternak
Non Executive Chairman

Leon has served as Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Australia, a subsidiary of Bank of America and was a Partner at Freehills. He has over 25 years experience in corporate governance, takeovers, mergers acquisitions, equity raisings and public company finance where he has advised leading investment banks as well as major listed companies in diverse sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, entertainment, manufacturing and consumer products.

He has been Deputy Chairman of Southern Cross Austereo Pty Ltd, a non executive Director of OPSM Group Pty Ltd, and unlisted healthcare services provider GenesisCare - a specialist oncology and cardiology healthcare business.

Leon holds qualifications in law, accounting and economics.

Len McKinnon
Consultant

Len commenced his finance career at Bankers Trust. He has been involved in the property, infrastructure and health care sectors for almost 40 years.

Property and Banking: Len took a leading role in financing a number of the largest property projects in Australia including Docklands Melbourne and Broadway Retail, Finger Wharf and Citigroup Centre in Sydney. He was involved in a wide range of infrastructure financings.

Funds Management: Len’s experience includes the establishment and management of property debt funds (Gresham Partners) and development and investment syndications (AsheMorgan).

Government Advisory and asset review: Len chaired the independent Major Projects Advisory Committee for the City of Parramatta and is a Gateway Reviewer for Infrastructure NSW.
